This was my 4th lease with this Dealership. Every time I go back I get the same level of service and professionalism. Besides a few short calls before my arrival to close the deal on a new lease, I spent l go back I get the same level of service and professionalism. Besides a few short calls before my arrival to close the deal on a new lease, I spent less than two hours at the dealership before I drove away in my new car. There was no drama, shady dealings, confusing or hidden fees or hard sales pitches. The staff at Bay Ridge keeps me coming back. Ironically, ( and this is 100% true) my neighbor across the hall went to a big lot car dealer the same morning, spent both Saturday and Sunday at the dealer getting the runaround with no car to show for it. He said it was a nightmare. They have his money and he still does not have a car two days later. Night & day experiences. More
