If you realize that no one sells cars as a hobby and that no dealership is giving cars away, but you want the most value for your money while dealing with a knowledgeable, reasonable, and friendly sales staff, I highly recommend Bayside. We got a great deal, a great car, and we were a cash buyer, no penalty for not using their financing. Best car buying trip ever! After a miserable experience with a dealership that promised big and delivered nothing we stopped by bayside to check the inventory. We were immediately greeted enthusiastically by Greg Miner, salesman extraordinaire! We were able to tell Greg our particular situation and he not only was very understanding and positive about helping us find the right match, he went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met and cared for. We had our toddler with us and he interacted great with him thru our test drive and time in the lobby. It was a super hot day and Greg made sure we were stationed in a comfortable area with access to fresh cold water and cartoons to distract our son. He found us financing in what seemed an impossible situation, honored an internet price, allowed an expansive test drive! Once we were done, we left with our new car with every confidence it was the right move. Greg really cared about our family's needs and worked easily within our finances. More

Third Time Winner Last year, with credit challenges, and not a lot of money, we came to Bay Side Auto Sales with high hopes and left with an amazing experience to share Last year, with credit challenges, and not a lot of money, we came to Bay Side Auto Sales with high hopes and left with an amazing experience to share. Anyone who has struggled financially can tell you that you learn to expect to be treated poorly and given a raw deal just because you have few options -- Greg at Bayside has changed the stigma of used car dealerships forever for us. We left with a great car, and great deal. A year later we bought a second car from Bayside, and got the same 5 Star service from Greg and Zeke...and they really take CARE of us! They advocated for us with the warranty when the first car needed repairs, they didn't have to. When the second car needed repairs (normal wear and tear that couldn't have been predicted) they even helped with that -- and they didn't have to. This brings me to the reason for my review today. Unfortunately we had an accident this week with the first car, and it was totalled. Over a year has passed, our credit has improved, we make a lot more money and we could go to any dealership now, but we wouldn't dare. We came back today and bought a great car, got a SCREAMIN deal on it and the absolute royal treatment. Greg and Zeke are your guys no matter what your situation. Thanks, guys!! More
