I would like to start with, what ever they tell you make sure they put it in writing. When you go in to lease/ purchase a car they seem to be great, until you need them to make things right and everyone tur sure they put it in writing. When you go in to lease/ purchase a car they seem to be great, until you need them to make things right and everyone turns their back on you and passes the buck to the next person and you get nothing resolved. They do not stand behind the product they sell. Untrust worthy, non reliable staff that lie and mislead. If you decided to buy through them just pray you don't need them to fix ayour car. Also if they claim they have a loaner program it's an absolute lie, make sure you see it on paper with such claims. Never will I use them again nor will I recommend to any of my friends and family. After weeks of shopping around for a jeep we tried Bayside Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. Very impressed on how quick and honest they were from the start. We sat down with our sales rep Jamaine Alphonso and Bayside Chrysler Jeep and Dodge. Very impressed on how quick and honest they were from the start. We sat down with our sales rep Jamaine Alphonso and discussed what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to stay in. He quickly showed up a list of options and we settled on the 2021 Jeep Cherokee limited. He met our price point and started the paperwork process. It was quick and painless.
