Not the best experience. My complaint is more with the actual dealership as they probably train their salespeople to not be up front with the exact amount they will charge for taxes and fees along with th actual dealership as they probably train their salespeople to not be up front with the exact amount they will charge for taxes and fees along with the monthly payment until several hours later when they’ve removed your license plates and you’ve agreed to get the car. I’ve never experienced this before. I asked several times, what will my monthly cost be and I was told that the finance guy had to figure it out after my credit report. Every other dealership that I went to, told me straight up what they planned on charging me without credit checks, etc. In addition, how do you not know the taxes and fees for a car that’s in your system and you lease and sell several daily. Makes no sense. I wasted my entire day yesterday, only to be told that I had to pay more after they charged my cc for a deposit (wasn’t told that I needed to give another deposit with cc). The total deposit (taxes and fees plus 1 month) should be included as whole in 1 payment. If they told me the cost straight up in the beginning, I would’ve gotten the car. Instead I felt that the dealership’s tactics were somewhat sneaky. More
