When it comes to dealerships I am always a bit skeptical and uneasy. My first lease I got roped into a bad deal with a few oil changes to smooth it over. Now that I see and know what true effort and professionalism is I will never go anywhere else. 20 hours minimum I spent at the dealership within the last week. So I can imagine all the time behind closed doors that was put into my situation at hand. This gentleman was charged with my account and he performed simply spectacularly. I had a very new and complicated issue yet the individual never came out and said hey this is too much work for me and is a bigger issue than one we are willing to deal with. Nothing ever. None of the sort. He kept in contact and constant communication keeping the broad picture in full sight for the both of us. If I had been treated this way my first time I would have 4 cars by now because of how much I trust and how confident I am in this location most importantly this fine gentleman. If you have the opportunity to pick your sales person I 100% say he is your man. More

Matthew Afansenko was an excellent salesman. I admired his honesty and straightforwardness. He didn’t mince words or try to “con” me into something I didn’t want. I had originally went to Jeep for a Cherokee, he offered me the Grand Cherokee with what I had been looking for in an suv. I would only deal with Matthew A in the future One word of advice. The sale people shouldn’t be huddled around the front desk chatting or watching another salesman’s transactions. Especially if a declined report comes up , they announce it like a bunch of wash women. Only complaint. Also, never judge a book by its cover. More
