I bought my first brand new Jeep here back in 2012. I luv it. I just decided to upgrade to a 2020 Sahara which I adore. I wanted to have newer technology since I plan on leaving this car to my youngest son. it. I just decided to upgrade to a 2020 Sahara which I adore. Excellent customer service all around, from the sales department to the service department. I’ve been to all the other Jeep dealerships and I wouldn’t trade this one for the world, mind you I have one a few minutes away. I will go the extra time just to come to the Bayside dealership instead. Turgo is an excellent salesman. I am a very demanding and picky customer but I must say that he met all my needs and expectations. Terry was also excellent in getting my finance and giving me detain information on my transaction along with answering all my questions and looking for the best deal for me. I must add that the service department is excellent specially my favorite advisor Jay. He is very professional and has always takes care of me in a prompt and professional manner. I thank Lance too since he helped for the final sale to go through. I recommend this dealership to everyone with my eyes closed. I have been to others but like I said before there is no comparison. 30,000 mile service Spoke to a representative a few days before to find out how much a 30,000 mile service would cost. After being transferred multiple times for a simple Spoke to a representative a few days before to find out how much a 30,000 mile service would cost. After being transferred multiple times for a simple answer I believe I was transferred to give. Who explained to me starting price is $269. When I got there I was told it was $499. Originally had taken my car to the location in Brooklyn for service a year ago, but even there I was given the run around with price. There’s no signs up stating prices anywhere. The only thing you see is the labor rate. First time dealing with Dodge and probably the last. Had nissans my whole life, the have breakdown on prices and itemized list of what exactly they are doing. Both dodge locations seem crooked, zero personality, your just another dollar. Customer service goes along way. I will say service was fast. But then again I asked for an itemized list of work performed and couldn’t get that. God forbid the consumer got educated. More
