Insufficient maintenance service Had an issue with my Environment control to where it was only blowing cold air. So I brought it in for maintenance to get it checked out. (I have thir Had an issue with my Environment control to where it was only blowing cold air. So I brought it in for maintenance to get it checked out. (I have third party warranty) so I had to get it quoted to get it actually fixed. A week goes by to get my vechile. They said that the car was done. When we went to go get it they mistaken my paperwork with some other lady about tires to the wheel, had to explain to them that wasn’t the reason I came for my car. Long story short, car environmental control wasn’t fixed so I had to bring it in again and they fixed on after the second time of me taken it to them after a lousy maintenance, but the thing that is most troublesome about the experience is that I had to pay for them to see it again to fix it since I had the third party warranty. will I bring the car back to them, I will do my best in not to do so. More
