I bought out my Jeep Grand Cherokee lease on 11/18/23 and worked with Bobby Martinez the Finance Manager. When we were completing the paperwork I agreed to buy the extended warranty. As I was signing the con worked with Bobby Martinez the Finance Manager. When we were completing the paperwork I agreed to buy the extended warranty. As I was signing the contract I noticed they had the incorrect mileage which I couldn't understand because they supposedly went to my truck to get the mileage. When I told him the mileage was incorrect he stated he couldn't correct it but he would send me the corrected paperwork the following day. I signed the contract in good faith. I've called many times and left several messages and he never returned my calls or sent me the corrected contract. I keep getting the run around that he's with a customer or in a meeting. It's now 12/14/23 almost a month later and this issue hasn't been resolved. I'm a very disappointed customer and need the contract that I paid $2500 for corrected. More
