Bad Customer Service I took my car to the shop due to a recall regarding the ignition key. The letter stated that it would take about an hour to fix. It took almost 3 ho I took my car to the shop due to a recall regarding the ignition key. The letter stated that it would take about an hour to fix. It took almost 3 hours; 2.5 hours to fix and 30 minutes to get it out from the shop to the street. The part that they changed was poorly installed and now I have to go back to get it addressed again. When I called back to make another appointment, I was put on hold for approx. 15 minutes and had to call 3 times in order to actually get somebody on the phone to schedule the appointment. It should not take 45 minutes to get somebody on the phone to schedule an appointment. Not to mention that I tried calling sales dept. to see if they could help me transfer the call and they were rude as well. More

Took over 5 hours to complete the service Arrived at about 11:30 AM for new front brakes, and finally over 5 hours later the job was completed. Disappointment and terrible feeling I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among the I am very disappointed in the salesman who made several statements and did not produce. There were several items that were never in the car among them was the seat being able to fold into the floor. He promised to show me when the car was delivered but coincidently he was off that day. The salesman that gave me the car only did so half heartedly and did not know how the seat works. It is funny that someone can sell a product and not know anything about it. No mats were supplied with the car, no blue tooth, no USB port. All these items are supposed to be standard. More
