A Solid and Fair Sales Experience with Luis! Luis was great to work with, very friendly and easygoing. He's naturally a very likeable guy and will try to do what it takes to make you happy. I h Luis was great to work with, very friendly and easygoing. He's naturally a very likeable guy and will try to do what it takes to make you happy. I have no complaints about Luis and would recommend him to a friend. The same recommendation goes for Richard Paragas, the Sales Manager who oversaw the transaction. Ultimately, my deal ended up to be a pretty fair compromise and I was very happy overall (I tend to negotiate and question things quite a lot, and on top of that I'm not the easiest person to deal with). This dealership is very busy and seem to do a decent amount of volume - which can be good for you in the long run. As long as you come prepared knowing what you want and have done some research, you will be treated fairly. If you need to be pampered, have lots of time spent on you and have your butt kissed like the high-end dealerships on the North Shore do, this is not the place. You need to: A) be okay with a no-frills kind of service and appreciate what really counts, and B) have a do-it-yourself kind of attitude when it comes to certain details. Keep in mind that what counts at the end are the numbers. I would recommend this dealership, and I specifically recommend working with Luis. More
