Lack of communication. When I finally got my truck back, I had a dent on the side of my door and one of my scheduled services had not been performed - tire rotation. When I picked up my truck, I pointed out the dent to the runner and he just shrugged his shoulders. What was worse, they had my truck for two weeks and since it is parked out on the street, it must have been out under a tree because the amount of bird xxxxxxxxx on it was disgusting.
