I had to wait over 3hrs for an oil change, they didn’t tighten the access panel underneath causing it to fall open and drag while I was driving. Mentioned to the staff at the service desk the there’s an extra noise when the Jeep stops, I don’t think they checked for it, the noise is now getting worse. I also explained to a female at the desk the app stopped working she just mentioned that it’s not a great app, offering no solutions. I enjoyed using the app, but suddenly it doesn’t connect to the Jeep anymore More

The service I have received is horrible, my last visit I thought went good, but the service representative, Kevin or the mechanic failed to safeguard my car since it was being repaired for a failed inspecti thought went good, but the service representative, Kevin or the mechanic failed to safeguard my car since it was being repaired for a failed inspection and the expired inspection was still on the car and it was left on 43rd Ave. waiting to be repaired by the service department in their care and I recieved a ticket for $65, expired inspection but was not made aware of it by the service center but by mail reminder to pay a ticket I didn’t know I had and should not have had. I have been calling since 8/27/22 and I have talked to Kevin 3x, then Shamelli 1x, and Jennifer 5x and all have told me it would be taken care of after me giving my license plate # and them speaking with your accounting department and it is 9/17/22 today and I have called again and spoke to Anna she says the accounting dept is closed today and to call back on Monday to speak to the manger Bob at 6am re: this matter. Now the check supposedly was mailed out to pay it in 9/1/22 and it had still not been paid and a $10 fee has been accessed due to it not being paid by the due date which was 9/1/22 as my car was in the shop on 8/2/22 and that is the date of the ticket so I am owed $75 for this ticket and I keep on getting the run around and no one is taking responsibility for what happened while my car was in your care and making sure that I get the money for the ticket since they have mailed off the payment. I have been lied to just to get me off the phone, but you company always wants a good review and keeps sending me surveys. How about good customer service and following through? I have been a customer since 9/5/2016, that’s six years and it obviously means nothing my next step is BBB and 311 regarding getting my $75 for this ticket. Very disappointed in this company. More
