Brought my car in for service, oil change and inspection. Inspection was free cause we leased the car from them. He quoted a price for the oil change which we thought was high. We asked Jay…and he alerted us to the tire rotation and oil change special. Jay did that before also. Kudos to Jay. Only problem after picking up the car, there was a noise clunking sound from underneath, same sound as a previous service which was chaise links. We are bringing it back Monday as per Ánel. Hope it will be resolved quickly along with the automatic shut off feature upon using the brakes. More

This dealership is the worst! The have a very poor quality assurance for the work that is done, and really in you to “catch” any inconsistencies in the work that’s performed. I brought my vehicle in f quality assurance for the work that is done, and really in you to “catch” any inconsistencies in the work that’s performed. I brought my vehicle in for service under the manufacturer warranty, to get the sunroof and navigation fixed. When fixing the sunroof, they did not put back the side bumbers, the wind deflector or check to see if the sunroof was closing correctly. As such, after being told that my car was easy to be picked up, I had to bring it back the next day to fix these issues. They found the side bumbers but could not locate the wind deflector and kept asking me “Am I sure that it was on there? Because we don’t know where it is…” After some initial back and with my service advisor with me saying “yes, I’m sure the wind deflector was on the car”, he ordered the wind deflector (at no cost to me) and told me to come back in a few days when it’s here and he would have it installed right away. I came back to the dealership to have it installed, and was told again that the problem is fixed and the car is ready. Now, the sunroof does not close properly, the A-pillars that we’re removed to fix the sunroof were not put back correctly (there are visible gaps), the drivers side seatbelt does gets stuck when you draw it and retracts very slowly and the head liner is dirty with greasy hand prints where the technician pressed the pieces back. All of these issues are related to poor attention to detail and a lack of assurance that the job was done correctly. I now have to take my car back in a gain to have it fixed. I also had to argue with my service advisor in order to get the car rental fully reimbursed by the dealership for this future visit. The worst part in this whole ordeal is my service advisor’s adversarial attitude towards me about the poor work quality performed by the dealership. Many times during our conversations about these issues he stated that “Well, we don’t make the vehicles, we just fix ‘em” or “well, rental reimbursements are down though corporate only…. Could you imagine if we did rental reimbursements directly to the customer??!!!”, and of course my favorite “Sir, I’m here for another 32 mins., and the I leave, so we can argue for that entire time or we can come to a resolution, the choice is yours..” If had similar issues with this dealer in the past with the lack of assurance of the work being performed was correct. I though the last time that it was just a one time event, but I see now that it’s a systemic issue. That combined with a general lack of care for the product or the customer, is what prompted me to give it a 1- star Rating. If I had a choice, I would never go back t this dealership, but the other Jeep deals hopes are too far away from me. Maybe this review will initiate a change, or perhaps Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge will allow local mechanic shops to perform these services. Time will tell. More
The employees are very nice but my problem hasn’t been fixed and I’m still waiting on parts. Three visits in. At some point I need the issue fixed. My Jeep is a year old. Brought the jeep in for an issue w the stop start. They fixed it and didn’t give me any hassle about anything else needing to be done that I didn’t ask for.
