What I went there for was not corrected. On other occasions the service was excellent. But on this occasion I feel that not enough effort was put into resolving my problem of hearing squeaki On other occasions the service was excellent. But on this occasion I feel that not enough effort was put into resolving my problem of hearing squeaking from what I believe a bad break job done a few weeks prior. I informed the service rep. That the sound comes and goes and when on a test drive with the tech there was no sound, the least that they could have done was check the installation of breaks and rotors to make sure that the squeaking is not coming from there. I don’t know why I come back I got 4 new tires so I come to get my truck aligned it came back in worse alignment than when it went in. I take it back and the guys at the service d I got 4 new tires so I come to get my truck aligned it came back in worse alignment than when it went in. I take it back and the guys at the service desk are almost blaming me for not having the suspension checked. This is the only dealer in my neighborhood. So I’m limited in options. I honestly don’t know why I keep going back. First time I had in in the alignment took 4 hours. Now I’m still waiting to get it back the second time going on 3 hours More
