I took my 2018 vW Tiguan to this sevice center, and was told to leave the vehicle with them for one day. When I came to pck up the car, I found out that they have not dealt with the issue of the fauty satellite antenna. The main complaint I had with this visit was that the radio was not receiving the signals from Sirius XM from Aug. 20, 2021 when the free 3-month trial has begun. After so many attempts by Sirius to activate the service, the radio was not capable of receiving the signals from them, so they said I have to take the car to the dealer's service senter.. The screen displays "no antenna", and they were very much aware that it was the reason I took this car to them. No action was done to correct the problem, and therefore, I decided to try another servicee center. Im not going back to them because at this point in time, this servicee center has downgraded their efficiency and overall goodwill to customers. In fairness, I must commend the Helms Bros. Mercedes Benz service center. My husband, God rests his soul, had owned Benzes and has always had the vehicles serviced with Helms. That is a remarkable and good service center. .I believe that the owners of the VW service center is Helms Bros. as well. Maybe they should do more training with their employees and bring back the good performance of this Watermill Lane service facility in the years passed. I had owned a new 2013 Passat, a CPO 2012 VW Touareg, and now a new 2018 VW Tiguan. So I have been going to this service center for a while now, and I know what I am talking about. As every good thing comes to an end, so is my relationship with this service facility.. Time for me to move on to a better service center, and today, Oct. 11, 2021, I did. No need for this service center to resolve this issue. I am not going back to them.
