The service center at Bayside VW was excellent. My father and I brought in a 2010 VW Jetta we had just acquired and needed some serious work done. Andrew was extremely helpful and aided us in finding out that some components, like the turbo, which needed to be replaced, were actually still under warranty. Without his help, we wouldn't have the beautifully working Jetta we have today. Service itself was excellent, we haven't had any issues with the car since bringing it in.
Helped fix my oil leak and accommodated my schedule. Perfect service and they corrected an issue caused by another Volkswagen dealer that did not thoroughly do their job. I’ve been getting my car serviced here for a few years and no complaints
Dishonest and unprofessional. My 2017 vehicle was diagnosed with a failed sway bar link, and they did not stock the part so it had to be ordered. They could not expedite the shipping or provide me with an estimate as to when the part will arrive, and the secretary spoke to me in a tone as if I was bothering her by asking. I ended up taking it to a different dealer who realized that the part wasn’t bad, but instead a nut was loose. They tightened it and sent me on my way that same day. Eventually (10 days after the diagnosis), VW Bayside called me to let me know that the part had arrived. I called around and there was a dealer 20 minutes away who stocked the part... there was no reason for it to take 10 day a to get the part. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody.

I called Mustaufa at service at 3:30pm, described what the car was doing, and he said it was the battery,which I suspected, and told me to get it jumped to start and if I could get there by 4:30, they would fix it. Awesome! Got there by 4pm, new battery, $250,done.Awesome! I'm a happy camper!
We apologize for the miscommunication. When we informed you that you had a tire issue, you had opted to take your vehicle to an outside shop to make the repair. We didn't rotate the tires beforehand because you were having tire work done - the other shop would likely rotate the tires upon completion of service. Mustafa was very helpful. He squeezed my car in for service so I could go on my planned road trip. I was impressed with his service. I brought the car in this place last year and also received excellent service. Everyone I dealt with including receptionist and shuttle drivers was polite and professional. I would recommend this service station to others.
