I went in money ready and had the car picked out already and the finance lady was rude the whole time and had an attitude. I understand the process of upselling and getting the extended warranty but being r and the finance lady was rude the whole time and had an attitude. Also if you’re gonna try and make me keep it at least answer my questions about it correctly instead of going back and fourth about the terms of the warranty. Beau was kind and tried his best on resolving some issues but it could have been better communication about some car details. Mario the finance manager was ok at first but when it came down to getting my car fixed that’s where everything went downhill. First day it was given to me my sensors weren’t reading and my AC gave out on me and they refused to fix it properly it’s been a month and I had to fix my ac myself and my sensors weren’t never fixed by them. I would definitely recommend going somewhere else if you’re gonna purchase a pre owned vehicle because they will not take responsibility on anything. More
