Very disappointed I was very disappointed with my most recent service at Beaman. Although I had an appointment, I pulled in and sat for 10 minutes before finally gettin I was very disappointed with my most recent service at Beaman. Although I had an appointment, I pulled in and sat for 10 minutes before finally getting out of my truck and tracking down a service advisor. The service advisor I spoke to was rude and happy to tell me that sometimes they just get busy...Upon checkout he also wanted to argue with me about using a coupon that was on THEIR website. Unbelievable. Just not the level of service I’m grown use too at this facility. More
