There was one small hiccup with the vehicle purchase but our sales guy Steven Welch really went above and beyond to make sure we got what we really wanted. Steven was very knowledgeable about the Highlander which was a huge deal for me. He knew the answer to every question I had and then even showed me stuff that I would not have thought to ask about. Steven was very down to earth and we had an overall excellent experience. We will definitely be back to Beaman and hope to have Steven as our sales guy again. More

Not all maintenance was completed after almost 4hr. wait I had called the day before to schedule a oil change and tire rotation and to replace a fan motor due to a Toyota recall. I was told they didn't have the part and would need to order and call me when it arrived to reschedule to replace the fan motor. This is the 2nd time I have tried to replace the motor and was told the same thing the first time I tried to have it replaced. When I arrived for my oil change and tire rotation the next day. The part was in stock. I had a coupon for the oil change which I assume I got. I was charged for the tire rotation but they did not rotate the tires. I questioned the charges but he said the oil change was $102.80. I know I was overcharged for one the tires were not rotated. Not happy with the service I received unethical at the very least More
