I’d like to let you know my husband purchased a New ZR2 Silverado 2022, (We had a 30 day window to cancel contract ) We’ve had nothing but issues from this company, The sales rep and finance manager both r Silverado 2022, (We had a 30 day window to cancel contract ) We’ve had nothing but issues from this company, The sales rep and finance manager both represented the truck as “new” 92 miles … (actual mileage) on odometer, we was told vehicle was brought from a lesser dealership that could not sell so that’s how they acquired said vehicle…. After all financial paperwork was done , Jamie (sales rep) gave us the 2nd fob, which was marked used! Once again we ask was it used, NO! So after 3 visits back to the dealership to get additional information on the electronics we also had requested a paper title of the vehicle! We finally received the paper title in the mail and see the title is issued as used…. Nobody will sit down with us, they’re now starting to avoid our calls…. It took over 6 weeks so our 30 day window to return the vehicle has expired! With all the inquiries, not one word from the owner Linda Beaver…. It’s just been 1 lie after another, or put on hold and pass our call on to another person…… BE AWARE OF THIS! The ZR2 was titled in State of Penn with 17 miles ….. clearly we was lied to on our question; had the vehicle every been titled before….. it had been clearly stated that’s not a used vehicle and nobody can explain or should I say they’ve been caught lying to us! You decide! I’ve requested Linda Beaver to call my husband, but was told she only comes once a month to the dealership and does talk to her customers. I’d appreciate a response! I recently visited Beaver Chevrolet on Phillips Hwy. and was waited on immediately by Rich King. We searched the lot and went inside to see what may be nearby. Rich sold me a 2022 Colorado. Beaver Chevy is a group of liars. They make a deal then you drive 4hrs and they don’t hold true to it. I just wish I woulda looked at contract before I signed it. Don’t do business here it’s the worst dealer. they had a chance to make right and they choose to still Screw the customer over by degrading him not a good place to do business with be for warned Many other places jax who are better dealers avoid this place at all costs if want an honest dealer More

We were definitely “wowed” but not in a good way! ! We went to purchase a used vehicle from Beaver Chevrolet. We had a trade in to add to the deal. We were given a buyers order with agreeable terms of ! We went to purchase a used vehicle from Beaver Chevrolet. We had a trade in to add to the deal. We were given a buyers order with agreeable terms of $3500 down and $50,000 out the door bottom line. We drove the vehicle home and left our trade in. Two days later we got a check from our credit union for $50,000. Went to give the check to the dealership and they expected the $50k check AND $3500 down! Nope that wasn’t the deal. Take the 50k check and make a deal or give us our trade in back! They tried to get us to give $1,000 down and finance with them! Why? We already have financing lined up with our bank! They decided to not make a deal and lose us as customers! We’ll be telling everyone we know to not do business with this dealership! More

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY DISAPPOINTED, drove 5 hours to purchase a vehicle that I saw online , call them to make sure is there the day before . When I got there I test drove it and I went inside to start d purchase a vehicle that I saw online , call them to make sure is there the day before . When I got there I test drove it and I went inside to start doing paperwork . the used car manager Jame told me that the price is wrong that they noticed the day before and the vehicle has been there for 23 days without changing the price . I would not recommend this dealership to anyone . Drove 5 hours empty handing wasting time and gas !!!!! More
