Really disappointed waited all day for the car then when the paperwork was finished so like oh by the way, the car has 700 miles on it which I was disappointed the beaver online price was not real. It had some paint chips in it and a stain in the headliner when I asked if I could return the car with the 30 day policy, I was told no I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau , I have four cars from Beaver Toyota in Saint Augustine. Never have a problem like this. More

Had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change. Arrived at 9:15. Seen by Evan at 9:21. He had everything ready to go. Don't know why as we don't smoke and almost always use the air conditioner. The windshield had to be replaced after purchase due to a manufacturer defect. Was it installed correctly? Don't know. Evan said they could take care of it. Received the car at 10:39, windshield not cleaned. Didn't think it would be a problem but evidently it was. More
