Financially I was very pleased but the truck I bought doesn't have many of the features that the one I traded did; I feel like I traded down. I was WOW'd by how TERRIBLE the experience was My car was returned with more problems than I started with after having $2,400 repair! Service adviser was never prepared with accurate information when calling me or leaving messages. Very disappointed and disgusted by the service department here. More
