Fantastic and easy purchase experience. I live just south of Tampa so some distance from the Jacksonville dealership. I found a car I liked at an Auto Nation Chevrolet dealership in Orlando and visited them.. They played all of the old school automobile dealership games with me that everyone is sick of. Bait and switch on the price, add on packages that supposedly can't be removed, added points to my loan interest rate, "I have to speak to the Manager, I have to speak to the Manager again, can you come back and speak to the General Manager?" and so on. The "Salespeople" were a bunch of college kids who didn't know one car from the other. I next found the same care at the Beaver Chevrolet dealership. I phoned and asked to speak with an Internet salesperson. They put me on the phone with Neil Sauve. Neil gave me a great price from the beginning and never played any of the old school games. He is a professional specialist with a ton of experience and orchestrated every piece of the process. I drove to Jacksonville and everything was legit and as promised. Everyone was great to work with and the purchase was among the easiest I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this dealership. More

The sales and finance personnel were very friendly Your personnel were friendly and patient but, we were told very little about the RAV4 we purchased. Also the price offered for our car as a trade was not reasonable and the price we paid for the new vehicle was just fair-not great. Horrible, they took my review down!! I purchased a Mustang there a year ago and needed the original sales paperwork. I was sent to the sales manager for my request. I asked him politely, no reason not to, for a copy of the paperwork. He responded extremely rude and obnoxious and walked away. needless to say. I will never go back to that dealer again and warn anybody that if your not buying a car they have no need for you. More
