Great Experience I visited Beaver twice in December. I test drove a 18 Colorado ZR2 with Bernie. He was very helpful and took the time to walk me through all of the fe I visited Beaver twice in December. I test drove a 18 Colorado ZR2 with Bernie. He was very helpful and took the time to walk me through all of the features. I shopped around for a week or so with the other Chevy dealers in town. The customer service was adequate but nowhere near the experience with Beaver. I did get a better out the door quote from the others though. When I went back to Beaver with the lower quote, Bernie got to work with his team to beat it. The whole negotiation process was painless. The only issue I encountered was an extremely long wait time to sign the final paperwork. The finance guys were backed up with lots of other customers trying to buy cars on the last weekend of the year. My wife and my son had come up to the dealership to sign the papers but we did not expect such a long wait. The customer service was still very attentive though; checking in on us and apologizing the lengthy delay. The GM even talked to us briefly and provided some compensation for the delay. All in all, I was happy with the purchase and experience. My feedback for Beaver would be to modify how customers processed through the finance department based on the purchase details. In my case, I was not looking for financing and did not need to spend considerable time with them as some other customers did. I came with a check in hand ready to sign papers. If there is a way Beaver could expedite those types of customers in the future, that would be cool. Thanks again for the great experience. I will be back for service regularly and for new purchases in the future. More
