It was easy to schedule an online appointment. I was assisted as soon as i drove up. The staff were kind and it was a reasonable wait time as they were pretty busy. Highly recommended!! Corey needs to learn communication skills to your customers. For a position up front he knows how to bypass communication with customers Unbelievable you need a vehicle for a week before you look a customers. The only response I received from Corry was I will find someone that will tell you the exact same thing, which make no sense. Because you had our vehicle from 7/2 to 7/24, we couldn’t use our boat. The said thing is Corey could care less. It wasn’t until I talked with Dustin before things got moving, I really believe Corey was playing games with me and seeing how long he could keep my vehicle because he knew I wasn’t happy with the time frame. For a position that sits at a desk by a phone he never reaches out unless you call and leave a few messages at his extension. Public relation training for him would go a long way for he has none. I hope he gets some needed training. Thanks Scott More
