First, I do not like to leave bad reviews unless is a recurrent issue and impacts different aspects of the results. Second, this is the second or third time I have to deal with the same issue at the sam recurrent issue and impacts different aspects of the results. Second, this is the second or third time I have to deal with the same issue at the same dealer Third, completly disconnect from web info to agent recommendations to job results and actual report to CarFax after job is done Here is my last experience from 07/16/2025 on my 21 Chevy Equinox due for the 60K mfg recommended maintenance. As per Beaver's Chevrolet maintenance scheduler website this was the scope of the service priced at $391 Change engine oil and filter Rotate Tires Replace Spark Plugs Replace Winshield Wipers Blades Check Accelerator Pedal Check Automatic Trans Shifter Check Engine Coolant and Washer Fluid Check Engine Oil level and Oil life percentage Check parking brake Check starter switch Check tire inflation Check tire sealant exp date Check tires for wear Check vehicule coolant level Inspect brake system Inspect engine air cleaner filter *replace if necessary Inspect exhaust system for loose or damage components Inspect fuel system for damage or leaks Inspect power steering Inspect restraint system components Inspect spark plug wires Lubricate body components Visually check for any leaks or damage Visually inspect gas strut for signs of wear, cracks or other damages Visually inspect halfshafts and drive shaft Visually inspect steering, suspension ans chassis components Pretty comprehensive so I though, first I had to go to work and my wife took the car in for the scheduled maintenance. The adviser did not reefer to the previous mentioned scope, instead try to charge separetly for some of the services recommended by GM. I will say he say he will match those services to the price online but, was not even remotely close to the scope especified online. I have the reciept for everything performed and the charges, also I have print screens of what the service said it was online on their website and the whole scope of work just in case if somebody from the dealer wants to double check them. On top of all that, CarFax report doesnt reflects Tire Rotation, something included with the oil change, now I do not know if tire were rotated, supposely it was, just not reported. Finally but definetely not least, the final price was $468 More

Had a cracked console cover and they didn't cover it. The truck is still under warranty. They lost my next purchase of a new truck in February of 2026 over a 49 dollar part.
