Explanation: 2 workers didn't show up. I expect better from dealer that tacks $5000 on price for service and related enhancements. Previous experience with this company at Toyota in St Aug. Night and day. Management should go there and find out how to do it right! Wait area was comfortable and well stocked with refreshments. Not sure my disappointment is repairable. More

This was valet service which became a nightmare, truck was picked up at 9:30 am and not returned until 3:30 pm. I was told several times it was ready and they were on the way, but they weren't. I got an invoice on my my phone for over $111.00 for what I thought was a free oil change and tire rotation. I was told at purchase all oil changes were free. Evan took care of it and the service was comp. this major delay kept me from getting home at my normal time and I have my 84yo father living with me and can't be left alone for that length of time, so your delays put me in a bad situation. More
