My first service experience with my new vehicle was less than I expected. I arrived on time for my appointment and was met by a young man who parked my vehicle and referenced a door to meet my service advis than I expected. I arrived on time for my appointment and was met by a young man who parked my vehicle and referenced a door to meet my service advisor, she took my name and asked why I was there. Guess they don’t refer to the appointment log where you have already described the service you desire. I told her why I was there and she showed me where the waiting area was. I later received a text saying I could follow the progress of my vehicle on their website. There was no info as to how to access the website and all network accesses were locked. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes I went back to the advisor to find out the status of my vehicle. The shop still had to rotate the tires. It took over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and nothing else. Seems a little excessive to me but I guess that’s normal now. I guess I had expected more from the staff of the service department than lack luster, mediocre performance. Especially after the stellar performance and attitudes of the sales department personnel.
