Beaver Chevrolet - Service Center

Ridiculous Wait Time My wife made a 1:30 appointment for a simple oil change, so I brought it in for her and arrived on time. I didn't leave until 4:15. This is not my fir My wife made a 1:30 appointment for a simple oil change, so I brought it in for her and arrived on time. I didn't leave until 4:15. This is not my first bad experience with this service center. I used to receive great service from this dealership before Beaver took over. The last two times I brought my own car in for an oil change with an appointment, I waited over an hour the first time and the second time I was told it would be 8 hours because someone called in sick. Needless to say I took my car somewhere else and haven't brought it back. The only saving grace was my service advisor, Kevin Dean. Mr. Dean was fantastic to deal with. He understood my frustration with the nearly 3 hour wait time and went far above and beyond what he needed to do in order to put me at ease. Beaver would have lost my wife and I's business if not for Kevin. He was truly the epitome of great customer service and the only reason we will be back is because of him. More

It was a good experience Waiting area is to small. Everybody's on top of each other. A small kitchen grill would have been nice. There is no place near by to eat.
