Hot Rod was one of the most genuine people I’ve met in a very long time. Was up front about the price of the car and what he could and couldn’t do. Oil change and tire rotation service for Tacoma June 2023. Vehicle had aftermarket copy of OEM skid engine plate which was removed to prevent a mess from oil change. Technician completed the task witho 2023. Vehicle had aftermarket copy of OEM skid engine plate which was removed to prevent a mess from oil change. Technician completed the task without issues but installed the skid plate incorrectly, by installing the spacers in the incorrect location. This left the plate in a crooked position. DIY removed and reinstalled in about 30 minutes. Overall service was average minus the skid plate re-installation. Technicians and managers need to pay attention to detail. Nothing further to report. More
