They definitely wow’d us! We wanted to buy a third vehicle and had a set price in mind. I found one on line and called the salesman and told him what we wanted. The sales person found everything we wanted at the price we wanted and no games were played at all. We were headed to get this truck and along the way we stopped in at a large competitor dealer just to see if this was a good deal .......and it was. The other dealers were playing games and couldn’t meet this price...and it felt like we were being herded in like cattle there... but not at Beaver of Arlington. We drove from Yulee and the truck was waiting, and the work place was clean. Dealer salesman was very professional. ( They even had jelly beans while we waited) . Then when we went to give them our check for the purchase ( we had our own financing ) It was even smoother! . All done on this giant computer table and our documents were given to us on a Flash drive. We also get free oil changes...( I didn’t get free oil changes when I bought my Traverse). Hubby loves his new Tacoma and we loved how smooth and hassle free it was to buy it. I highly recommend Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine.. it was worth the drive for us from Yulee! More

FALSE ADVERTISING AND EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGERS WE BOUGHT A USED 2014 CAMRY THAT CAME WITH LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT. WE WHERE TOLD AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THE BATTERY WAS BAD AND NEED TO BE WE BOUGHT A USED 2014 CAMRY THAT CAME WITH LIFETIME BATTERY REPLACEMENT. WE WHERE TOLD AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP THAT THE BATTERY WAS BAD AND NEED TO BE REPLACED, SO WE DRIVE AN HR AND A HALF TO BEAVER FROM SOUTHERN GA ONLY TO BE TOLD BY THEM THAT ITS STILL GOOD. SO TO DAY THE BATTERY DIES AND WE CALL TRYING TALK TO A GM OR SOMEBODY HIGH UP THERE SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS AND GET A BATTERY TO US SOMEHOW, REMEMBER WE ARE AN HR AND A HALF AWAY. WELL ALL WE GET FOR A MANAGER IS THE SALES MANAGER THAT CALLS US A LAIR AND WHEN WE HANG UP THE PHONE SEND US A TEXT STATING "WHEN SOME IS TRYING TO HELP YOU YOU SHOULD STAY CALM" OK FOR ONE HOW CAN SOMEONE STAY CALM WHEN YOU ARE TOLD NO OTHER MANAGERS ARE IN AND ONLY THE SALES MANAGER AND THEN HE CALLS YOU A LAIR. Awesome Team I will like to thank the Beaver Toyota of St Augustine family for being so supportive. This is the third vehicle we pulled out of their dealership. This time around we did the finances in-house for the second time. I will like to thank Renny Imperial for introducing us to Tim. Their performance was outstanding to say the least and their regard for detail and customer centric focus is unmatchable. Our experience with finance team was what prevented this review from gettin a 5 Star rating. The Finance managers got us the best deal and not only are we helpful for it but we enthusiastically recommend Beaver Toyota for having such a great team. It is the third time we leave this dealership with a smile from ear to ear. However, when it comes to closing the deal there can be room from improvement. When I go to buy a car I go to make a purchase, not to seek life wisdom, I am also not of the Habit of buying things that I don’t feel I need. Demy Saint-Pierre simply could not accept that. He had unsolicited opinions and although being a good negotiator, could not get past my rejection for the purchase of add ons. At the end of deal, he kept going on and on and challenging my decisions while rubbing in his opinions about them. I understand many things, but the one thing I could not to come to terms with was why wouldn’t he just accept that I couldn't afford the add ons. All in all I am thankful for Beaver being there for us and whenever I need help again, I will definitively visit them and recommend them. More
