My husband and I brought our car to address recalls that had been p If I could give zero stars I would. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. My husband and I brought our car to address recalls that had been placed on our vehicle. When we came to pick up the car, our car had damage that was not there prior to us dropping off the car. The repair center was getting ready to close and we were told the manager was not available. They documented the damage and told us we would hear from the manager start of business the next day. After FOUR MONTHS of unreturned calls, we hear back that they will not take responsibility for damage that is four months old. We are now out for the damage because they refused to return our calls!! Absolutely disgusted by their attitude and lack of respect for their customers!! We will never own another Toyota if this is how they conduct business!!! More

They treat you professionally and with respect We recently purchased two new vehicles from Beaver Toyota. We had shopped around several local Toyota dealerships and kept experiencing "less than ca We recently purchased two new vehicles from Beaver Toyota. We had shopped around several local Toyota dealerships and kept experiencing "less than candid" valuations for our trade-ins and on the actual dealer invoice for the new vehicles. When we initially contacted the Beaver sales department, they were honest and let us know up front that one of the vehicles we were looking for was not on the lot. They called us as soon as one came in and set up a time that worked for us to come see the vehicle. The sales representative demonstrated a sound knowledge of both vehicles (hybrids), the specs on the engine and hybrid system, maintenance schedules, and options. He was also not afraid to pull up NADA Guides, TrueCar, and KBB as well as other dealers' online ads to discuss both new car and trade in values. He respected the research we had done prior to the sale and walked (along with the Finance manager) through each key point of the transaction so that we clearly were comfortable with each line item on the buyer's order. This car buying experience was actually pleasant and we will recommend this dealership to family and friends More
