A bad experience from previous owner and team put me in a tough situation, but Brett took ownership and handled things as if his team were responsible. Even if we couldn't put a deal together, he offered valuable recommendations. No pressure, just excellent customer service delivery to correct a situation he had nothing to do with. The frustration I had came to him with was quickly changed to hope and relief. Cameron was patient and answered every question/concern i had to prevent repeat of experience with prior owner. Again, no pressure and no haggling. Ryan in finance clearly explained every option and was able to work numbers comfortable for me. Concerned I might lose the car, Chance and Bret made it a priority to bring the car to me. I understand doing anything for a sale, but 40 miles. Yeah this was customer service. After a few adjustments, I was able to make the 40 mile drive, buy my car in under 3 hours, feed me lunch, and get back to pick my autistic son up by 2.30. Hands down. Excellent work.
