Once you pull up to this dealership you will never feel pressured or intimidated.They are just very friendly from the get go, which is different from other dealerships where your credit score pretty much d pressured or intimidated.They are just very friendly from the get go, which is different from other dealerships where your credit score pretty much determines how nice they are to you. Especially our salesman, Tim or TV was very friendly and had a wonderful personality. When we were looking at this gorgeous 2011 Toyota Camry SE, Tim was never aggressive or sneaky. You can honestly tell that all he wanted was to get in the car you want at the price you can afford. We felt very comfortable and he was a very good person to work a deal with. You'd almost never think he was just a salesman, more of a friend. His manager, George May was also a nice person who happily worked with us in every respect. Overall this dealership turned out to be a very nice surprise. My mom and I went in thinking we were probably going to get ripped off or swindled so we did hours of research and armed ourselves with knowledge.... however turns out we really didn't need to. I am happy to say Beaver treated us very well all the way from when we pulled into the lot to when they handed us the keys. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a Toyota or Scion or any car for that matter. You won't be disappointed! More

A few weeks ago, I submitted my contact information online to a few dealerships in the area to get a gage about Toyota Tundra inventory and pricing. I received an immediate response from the Beaver Toy online to a few dealerships in the area to get a gage about Toyota Tundra inventory and pricing. I received an immediate response from the Beaver Toyota sales team inquiring about a convenient time to set up a test drive, and which vehicles I might be interested in knowing more about. However, being that St. Augustine wasn't the most convenient dealership for me to test drive (I live about an hour north in Jacksonville), I decided to stay local to check out some Tundras. Sadly, I had zero luck in finding a dealership with proper inventory of options, and had a few interactions with other sales people that were more interested in selling what was on their lot vs. what I was looking for. It would all work out for the best... I worked directly with Eli Thrift (Sales Consultant) mostly through text messaging, which was my preferred method of communication. If you've ever submitted your information online inquiring about a vehicle, you'll appreciate when a sales person understands your preferred method of communication and doesn't blow up your email and phone messaging every few hours. Eli was prompt in returning texts, but never pushy on locking down an exact appointment, he just asked for a heads-up if I was coming in. I found some free time on a Sunday, so I text him that I was on my way down to St. Augustine to drive some trucks! When I arrived to the dealership, I was immediately impressed as I was greeted by Eli who was standing there ready with the keys to three completely separate Tundra models that I inquired about. A drivers license and a few cruises down A1A in each truck and I was sold on the type of Tundra I wanted, just had to find the right color. So we took a stroll to the back of the dealership, where even more inventory awaited... including the exact truck I wanted. After a few financial questions and minor negotiations, we shook hands on a fair price and drove out of there in a new 2014 Toyota Tundra and absolutely great car buying experience. I would definitely recommend Beaver Toyota to any new car buyer and will be going back when my wife is ready to trade up. More
