very rude service by all employees, except cashier. very rude service by all employees, except cashier. Refused to honor my tires for life contract, simply because they choose not to any longer..& ha very rude service by all employees, except cashier. Refused to honor my tires for life contract, simply because they choose not to any longer..& had the nerve to tell me I need new tires & tried to sell me new ones. I have taken my scion 2006 into this dealership on time for each and every recommended service & routine maintenance. There is no reason to refuse to honor my contract & I plan to gather all receipts & record & will contact the FCC. and possibly also Ken Amarro who helps consumers on the news. I know I am not alone & I am also in the right. Today (7-06-2009) was the worst unbelievably rude customer service ever! Looks like a new ownership or management, the atmosphere was very different from times past. The new group is turning the Toyota-Scion names to mud imo. More
