The facility is beautiful, but get service on your car takes forever. Almost 2 hrs for a oil change with a appointment. I dealt with Stevie Shank when I emailed for a price quote on the TRD Lift Kit and a few other items for my new Tacoma. Service for 5k, they could not locate my car. Had to wait at service desk too long just to get seen and it not was not busy. I had to bring my car in for a second time due to the fuel pump recall. After the first visit, my car would only allow for a half tank of gas. I brought it back and SAT took care of me.
