I have driven and maintained over 20 different automobiles in three different continents over the last 60 years. In all that experience I have never been treated so badly as I was by the key man automobiles in three different continents over the last 60 years. In all that experience I have never been treated so badly as I was by the key managers of Beck Ford. The Service Mgr (Mark) was the only person that demonstrated any effort about trying to maintain some form of customer satisfaction. When I tried to pick up my truck I was invited into the Sale Mgrs office I introduced myself and asked to pick up my truck. The Sales Mgr literly threw my out of the office which was not a nice way to treat a customer. Most of the issues I observed were caused my a total lack of communication within the various departments. I will not return to Beck primalily because of the way the Sales Mgr treated me. I have been a Total Quality Consultant for 30 years and if I was the President of Beck I would Fire that Sales Mgr. Treating any customer the way he did is not only stupid it is totally unacceptable.
