Now that my car was delivered, they won't reply to me. I only got one key. I thought I was getting two. I asked for clarification, and they won't respond. Took my truck there to get a diagnostic test run on it and they didnt look at my truck until 2pm when i had a 10am appt scheduled from the previous week. They said does your truck have a tune and i said y and they didnt look at my truck until 2pm when i had a 10am appt scheduled from the previous week. They said does your truck have a tune and i said yes from the previous owner so the next day i brought the tuner in and they said we cant diagnose the truck without putting the stock tune back on so they ran the computer on the truck for 5min and then drive the truck for 10min and said unfortunately we cant pinpoint anything so that will be 90 bucks instead of the initial 180 so in my eyes i wouldve charged less than that for 1 you wasted my time the whole day and 2 didnt respond to any of the 3 calls i made between 12am and 3pm just asking for an update and see how its going to see if there is any news so that was the first time ive ever been to that dealer and to me thats horrible customer service More
