I took my truck for an oil change and when I got it back there were oil finger prints in the hood, driver’s side door handle and on the window where the new sticker was placed. I had a pre-arranged service appointment only to arrive and find out no part was ordered in advance. Waited for hours for the hotshot driver to never arrive after being told it would be there shortly . Was and find out no part was ordered in advance.
