My service experience at Beck and Masten South was great! I was greeted with a smile by Frany whenever I came in. I bought a Pre-owned Cadilliac Escalade in April 2022, I paid $60k for it. I took it in to be serviced last week, and the dealership is too low class to give me a loaner car. I want to speak to the General paid $60k for it. I took it in to be serviced last week, and the dealership is too low class to give me a loaner car. I want to speak to the General Manager about this! Very dissatisfied in the service from this dealership. I will not be recommending it to anyone!!!! More
