My appointment should have included topping off of fluids, but did not. In looking under the hood later, I saw that the coolant was not topped off and is in need of more fluid. Now I think none of the fluids, but did not. In looking under the hood later, I saw that the coolant was not topped off and is in need of more fluid. Now I think none of the fluids - other than the oil that was changed - were topped off or checked. Now I'm going to have to take the care some place and pay for the service that I was there for. As an elderly woman, this does not make me happy. More
