We had issues at first with salesman, Ralph and pricing of things. You better know what your doing and not get tricked into all of their extras they try to sell you. The lady, Surett stepped in because the of things. You better know what your doing and not get tricked into all of their extras they try to sell you. The lady, Surett stepped in because they could see we were about to walk out. Then, it took 3 times for them to detail the truck and partly get it right. Took three weeks to change a simple part. Last thing I asked the service rep to do was add nitrogen my tires while in the shop, arrived to pick up truck and nitrogen was never added. Was promised a loaner when I purchased the truck, yet every time I need to leave my truck, I have to rent a car from Enterprise, which cost me the taxes for the vehicle, two weeks for the above mentioned service cost me $60 for the rental. Pitiful More
