Initial visit was to check brakes and proximity sensor on bumper passenger side. Andrew called me and said I need brake pads because they were wearing uneven. He then tells me that they can’t check my sensor because they may not be able to put my worn tire back on and proceeded to try to sell me tires after I told him I have that taken care of. Brake pads were on back order so I waited until they came in. Once brake work was done he quoted me for proximity sensor $100 poor part and about $400 to install. Because I questioned if I could just order part he told me I had to pay for work beforehand. So I prepaid once sensor came in it was the wrong color and he sent it to get painted. When initial diagnosis was done for proximity sensor he informed me that all me alerts were disabled on my vehicle. Once sensor was replaced my vehicle was given back to my wife but they failed to enable my alerts. It was a big inconvenience to have to bring my vehicle to have alerts enabled I am working a 13 & 1 schedule from 4 am to 4 pm. And I’m not sure that my proximity sensors are even working now because I have not gotten 1 alert since getting my vehicle.
