DO NOT BUY HERE! !! Since purchasing our vehicle and being sent to the GMC dealership where we live to have the issue that was promised to get fixed by Jose Luis Cuell !! Since purchasing our vehicle and being sent to the GMC dealership where we live to have the issue that was promised to get fixed by Jose Luis Cuellar, I have been ignored and now the Out of Count Specialist, Richard Wells is saying he can not do anything to fix what we were promised and that is on the sales manager. We are going on 2 months trying to get this fixed on our new vehicle. The GMC dealership here where we lived ordered the parts, has them ready to go and also tried getting in touch with Jose Cuellar to get payment but have been ignored since. I have tried contacting management several times to have this issue fixed but no one answers. I would NOT recommend working with this dealership in the future and although we purchased our vehicle there and have been asked numerous times where we got it everywhere we travel I will not mention this dealership. I am very disappointed in the customer service we have received especially after buying this vehicle from them. More
