Sorry I found that dealership. The salesman was to pushey. If my wife was not with me I would have never never came back . Have not pick-up license tags in two months. I don’t like the fact that I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked inside the service department. The women at the counter did not look up she only said I’ll be with you in a minute. For the most part service is great this last time I was not happy customer! I scheduled an appointment for 8am Friday the 21st of January i missed an hour and 30 minutes of work to get the truck to get se not happy customer! When I was called to pick up truck service engine light was off after I ran couple errands and noticed engine light was on again called service department was told truck needs to be reset it was my birthday weekend had plans for the night was trying to get home. I was gonna wait until next day which is Saturday but I was not far to take the truck back. When I get to dealership I tell them that I was there for service engine light to be reset the service rep look more into what was going on with the truck he went to find someone to look at it further because the truck had another problem but there was no mechanic there to service truck. I just felt that I missed work for nothing and felt inconvenience to take truck back the next day. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for service rep who was nice and apologized for not being able to help me! More
My wife and I are looking for a 2022 Buick Enclave. With the supply chain problems, there are very few cars on the lots in our area and we wanted to see what the two new colors -- Sage Metallic, and Rich Ga the supply chain problems, there are very few cars on the lots in our area and we wanted to see what the two new colors -- Sage Metallic, and Rich Garnet Metallic -- look like in person. I called several dealerships within a 3 hour drive of my home to see what they had on their lots. We found a Sage Metallic at Cavender Buick in Weimar (about an hour from home). Thank you Jose for the time you spent with us looking at the car. We still wanted to see a Rich Garnet Metallic Enclave before we could decide what color we wanted. I had talked to Victoria at Beck and Masten South in Houston and she told me that they had a Rich Garnet Metallic Enclave on the lot. So we drove an hour and a half from Weimar to South Houston. When we got there, we did not see that car on the lot, so asked a salesman where it was. He looked it up on his computer and then went to talk to someone. He came back with his manager who told us that they did not have it on the lot; it was in transit and would be there in a week or so. What is so wrong with TELLING THE TRUTH? We were not going to buy a car today. We just wanted to see the colors so we could make a decision. We would not have wasted several hours of our time to drive so far out of our way if we had known that we were not going to be able to see that color car. Because they can't tell the truth about such a simple request, I would not recommend this dealership to ANYONE. More
