It took three hours to get an oil change and not due to low personnel or being short staffed. Longest wait I’ve ever had for an oil change. I require 20w50 oil and for the first time in 18 months since I switched to this thicker oil. I was charged for my oil even though I have lifetime oil changes for $19.99. I could have had a better response since I switched to this thicker oil. I was charged for my oil even though I have lifetime oil changes for $19.99. I could have had a better response when I ask why but I got my manger said so. So my oil change was over $50 plus driving to south Houston from Baytown. It would be cheaper to have it down at the Baytown GMC. You’ve wore out my welcome with the price increase. More
