Don’t try to put this on me like the vehicle purchasing process is stressful. I am 66 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime. If you want to do something then reimburse me for the $600 that I spent to have the vehicle detailed (washed ,waxed, detailed in the inside with the interior treated) like I expected the vehicle to be when I spend $80k for a new vehicle. I am a man of my word and I told the salesman that I was going to purchase the vehicle. That is the only reason that I did not walk away from the purchase. Horrible experience dealing with B&M from a customer service perspective Don’t put it off on me, take responsibility for the bad process.
