Came in on an appointment for a passenger window replacement. When I arrived was told the window would take 3-5 days to arrive. Had to speak with management who then informed me my repair would be replacement. When I arrived was told the window would take 3-5 days to arrive. Had to speak with management who then informed me my repair would be complete within 4 hours (same day). Prior to arrival I spoke with someone on the phone who informed me the total price for parts & repair would be $350. At completion of service I was builder $509. Two days prior I came in for an appointment for an oil change. Appointment time 2pm, my vehicle didn’t go in the back to get serviced until 5pm. I’m totally dissatisfied with this dealership!! More

Working with the team at Beck & Masten South has been nothing but an amazing experience.
