Took my vehicle since it was making a noise when I braked. They kept it for 3 days and charged me 300$ for new brakes and it continues to make the same noise. Took in Denali HD for factory mirrors getting stuck on open and closed position. Mirrors were color matched since I purchased the truck. Brand new. Dealer gave me a hard time and at the end did replace th open and closed position. Mirrors were color matched since I purchased the truck. Brand new. Dealer gave me a hard time and at the end did replace them but did not color match them. According to them, thats an after market option. But was sold to me like that. New mirrors arrived at dealer in about 2 weeks. Service person told me they arrived and were getting sent to paint like I purchased the truck. Waited 2 more weeks and finally told me to take truck back In for installation. To my surprise, mirrors are not painted and they started making all kind of excuses. Also threatened me, that if I get them painted, warranty will be voided. Terrible communication and false updates when I called for status. More
