Mixed reviews: Shopping for my new vehicle was easy, since I knew the inventory and what I wanted. The sales rep was helpful and the used vehicle manager was flexible. They weren't able to setup a loan with my preferred bank and instead defaulted to a higher interest loan (I had to call my bank later and setup a loan). Then, after calling the financial dept to make a down payment for over a week with no response they called me acting like they hadn't heard from me. In the end, I made a trip back to the dealership and made the payment. Shopping experience: 7/10 Buying experience: 3/10 More

The TVs in the waiting rooms are loud and noisy. I only go there for my free oil changes because it came with my warranty. The oil changes take 2.5 hours even with an appointment. This dealership is just like you imagine as to why you are not excited about buying your next vehicle. I stood at the door to talk to the GM, while he continued to talk with his colleague about last weekend’s personal activities, never acknowledging me. I am always thankful when I get back to my Infiniti dealer where it is calm, respectful, classy, quiet and professional. More
