Had an appointment for an oil change and went on a Saturday, and it took longer than when I went during the week. Also, I bought the package with oil changes, tire rotation and exterior car washes but Saturday, and it took longer than when I went during the week. Also, the guys that were there weren’t that welcoming. When the girls are there, they let you know they’ll be with you shortly if they are busy. Same result as always, I take my truck in to get fixed and the answer is cannot duplicate. I paid for a service plan of $500 and I am supposed to get six free truck washes, I have yet to get my truck was and the answer is cannot duplicate.
