I had the incorrect part delivered twice. The original issue was with GMC accessories. I was assured I had the correct part the 2nd time but it was not. 6 hours wasted between 2 visits. More

There not really anything left to discuss. You or another manager should have been involved a long time ago. In fact several of my employees as well as myself never received a return call from your service manager. Your service department is a joke and you trying to talk about all the issue I had a month and a half after the issues and a month and a half of me without a vehicle. You can try to take care of another customer. You’ve lost this one for life. You may not think each customer is important but I purchase between 2-300k in vehicles annually. Ford will continue to receive that business after this debacle.
