I responded too early it seems. I have a list of issues I found out since I brought the truck home! 1: I was never told or shown by Kye the finance guy a breakdown of expenses in my contract.2: I never received a copy of my contract. 3: my sales guy never showed me paperwork of the breakdown of my offer and what the costs included in the contract would be. There were 2 $1895 charges one for a roadside protection and one for eol? Some protective coating? I verbally declined all that was presented to me as well as an extended warranty of $3995 all of those things were added without me actually putting eyes on the contract. I did electronically sign the contract but that was on a huge desktop screen. The yellow bars I was showed to sign were huge and covered a lot of space and not the full picture of the contract. When I came in to buy the truck I had a posted add that was much less than what the window sticker read. When I did that they (salesman and team) freaked out that they would have to honor the price. At that point I can only imagine that a lot of protocol was skipped because of the confusion. I found out there was $1895 for the roadside protection that every customer automatically pays? I’m just upset that NONE of th almost $8000 dollars worth of protections and extended warranties in which I verbally declined were added to the bottom line! Before I came in to buy I had calculated within a close range of total price and payments would be. It was way off and we struggled Kye and myself to get within $150 per month of what I thought it should be. I am Very displeased at the lack of transparency by sales and finance! I’m due back $3995 for extended warranty and $1895 for eol? The $3995 is being done by GM financial but the $1895 eol protection should also be refunded by Beck and Masten. To make things worse, the first time I drove it in the rain, both of my windshield wipers flew off of the truck! $50 later at oreilly auto parts I could resume driving in the rain 🤦🏼‍♂️ Please use this response as a complaint on my part. Please make this right. Thank you Greg Pemberton
